Are your caregivers insured through your Agency?

All of our caregivers at Love My Care HHS, are not only insured but are bonded, supervised and fully trained to provide you or loved one with the best of care.

How do you select and hire your caregivers?

Our caregivers are selected after passing a stringent hiring process involving thorough references checks and criminal background checks. The agency adheres to strict “quality over quantity” hiring policy that guarantees our clients receive the topmost quality services from the uppermost quality caregivers.

What services are being offered?

We offer a variety range of services starting with Specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care, Personal Care, Companionship, Homemaking, Med Reminders, Respite Care, Overnight Care, Errands/Escort Services, and Hospice Support.

How do I ensure that the caregiver is the right fit for me or loved one?

Using our caregiver match process, we try to assign caregivers with similar interests so that your needs are met.

Are we expected to tip or pay the caregiver?

Our caregivers can never accept any tips from clients or family members and payments should be paid directly to the agency.

How often are services provided?

Customized services are available a minimum of 2hrs a day, 24/7 and a complimentary no obligation assessment visit.

Are your caregivers trained and if so, how often do they receive training?

Yes, our caregivers participate in a comprehensive and ongoing senior care-training and must successfully complete an accredited training program that adheres to the state and federal laws.

Will I or my loved one receive the same caregiver?

We understand that changes can sometimes have an affect on the client that we are caring for so we do try our best to keep the same caregiver. In some instances, we alternate between two or three caregivers to familiarize you or your loved one with more than one caregiver making alternating easier to adapt to.

Who do I contact for any questions or concerns I may have?

You are always welcome to call the agency at any time with any questions or concerns.  We are available 24/7.

How do I know that your agency cares about me or my loved one?

As the owner of Love My Care Home Health Services and a caregiver for 17 years, I have learned what it takes to give the greatest care to my seniors. This experience sets me apart from others and allows me to adapt and better assist you or your loved one assuring that the best care is given at all times.

What are your methods of payment?

Cash, Credit Card, and Checks.

Does your agency accept supplemental insurances such as long-term care insurance if so, who is expected to submit insurance claims?

Since the agency is not a Medicare and Medicaid provider, most long-term care insurance are accepted based on an individual basis. Claims are expected to be submitted by the individual or family member.

When can I expect services to begin?

Services start as soon as you or your loved one would like. We understand that life circumstances can happen unexpectedly, and our caregivers are prepared to assist you or your loved one in any way we can.

Can your agency provide me with current client references?

Yes, we are glad to provide you with client references and this is also an excellent way to find out if this is the right choice you made in selecting our agency.

What happens if me or my loved one are dissatisfied with the assigned caregiver and request for another caregiver?

At the start of care, we ensure that we match our clients with caregivers that share the same interests. If for any reason you are not satisfied we can assign another caregiver to you or your loved one. That is one of the advantages of choosing our home care agency.

Is the agency accredited?

Yes, it is accredited through Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts.
